Trademark Policy
How you may — and may not — use the DeepNetz name and logo.
The marks
The following are trademarks of Keyvan Hardani ("Licensor") and are referred to collectively as the "DeepNetz Marks":
- The word mark DeepNetz
- The DeepNetz logo, in any color or stylization
- The product names DeepNetz Free, DeepNetz Pro, DeepNetz Team, DeepNetz Enterprise, and DeepNetz Cloud
- The domain names
deepnetz.com,deepnetz.de, and any subdomains thereof
Permitted uses
You may, without prior permission:
- Refer to DeepNetz by its correct name in articles, blog posts, tutorials, books, talks, comparisons, reviews, and academic publications
- Say that your software is "compatible with DeepNetz" or "works with DeepNetz", as long as it actually does and the statement is not misleading
- Use the DeepNetz logo as a link back to
deepnetz.com, in unmodified form, with reasonable spacing around it - Use the DeepNetz name in factual descriptions of integrations, plugins, and adapters that you build
Prohibited uses
You may NOT:
- Use any DeepNetz Mark as part of your own product, company, or domain name
- Modify, distort, recolor, or animate the DeepNetz logo
- Use the DeepNetz Marks in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the Licensor when none exists
- Use the DeepNetz Marks to label, brand, or promote any forked, modified, derivative, competing, or unrelated software
- Register any trademark, domain name, social media handle, or business name that incorporates "DeepNetz" or any confusingly similar variant
- Use the DeepNetz Marks in a way that disparages the Licensor, the product, or its users
Forks and derivatives
The DeepNetz software is proprietary and may not be redistributed under the EULA. If, however, you have separately obtained the right to create a derivative work (for example, through an enterprise contract), that derivative must be released under a different name and must not use any DeepNetz Mark.
Reporting misuse
If you see misuse of the DeepNetz Marks — impersonation, phishing, scams, fake repositories, fake binaries, or unauthorized resale — please report it to hello@deepnetz.com. We take trademark protection seriously and will investigate promptly.

This policy is informational. It is not a license, and it does not modify or override the DeepNetz End User License Agreement.
